1. The VTech 3-In-To-Win contest (the “Contest”) will commence at 5:00 pm E.S.T. on October 24, 2008 and will operate until 11:59 E.S.T. on April 15, 2009 (the “Contest Period”) in all Canadian Provinces excluding Quebec. The Contest is open to residents of the above provinces who are 13 years of age or older as of October 24, 2008, subject to the exceptions set out in Rule 5.

2. During the Contest Period, contestants can enter the Contest online at www.vtech3intowin.com by providing full name, date of birth, address, telephone number and/or email address. Limit one entry per person per day. Participants can receive additional chances to win by using the ‘refer a friend’ feature on the website as follows: one additional chance is received for each valid friend’s email address provided (participant must confirm that he/she has the authority to provide the email address for each friend referred.) Contestants can also enter by legibly printing their name, address and telephone number on a plain piece of paper and mailing to:

Entries must be received no later than april 10, 2009.

3. A prize will be awarded for each successful Toronto Raptors (“Toronto”) three-point field goal that is scored during the 2008-2009 NBA regular season. The prize is described as follows (“Prize”):

Odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of valid entries received and the number of successful three-point field goals scored by Toronto during the 2008-2009 NBA regular season.

4. Qualifying winners will be judged and all prizes awarded based on correctly answering, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question and properly completing an official contest Affidavit & Release. If a selected entrant is under the age of majority in the province in which he/she resides, the Affidavit & Release must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. Every eligible winner will receive his/her prize within eight weeks of verification. Potential winners that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible to receive any prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions (cash or otherwise).  Maximum of one prize per winner.

5. Employees of VTech Electronics Canada Ltd. (“VTech”), Promotivate LP (“Promotivate”), The FAN 590, advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in the Contest, as well as family members of same residing in the same household shall be ineligible to participate in the Contest.

6. No correspondence will be entered into with contestants (other than winners and potential winners) unless contestant grants permission. Promotivate is the sole judge of the Contest and its decision about any aspect of this contest shall be final and binding. Promotivate and VTech reserve the right to use the winners’ names and/or photographs in any advertising or publicity, with no compensation to the winners. Potential VTech prize winner names will be announced on The Fan 590 Radio during the Contest Period. Winners’ names may further be revealed to the public in accordance with Rule 10.

7. Promotivate and VTech may cancel or substitute any prize for equal or greater value for the duration of the Contest.

8. Promotivate, VTech and The Fan 590 will not be responsible for any adjustments in scheduling of Toronto Raptors NBA games or The Fan 590 broadcasts which may force the Contest to cease operations either temporarily or permanently. Promotivate and VTech reserve the right to terminate or modify the Contest at any time without prior notification.  None of Promotivate, VTech, The Fan 590, nor any of their respective affiliates, agents, officers, directors and employees shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the prizes awarded in this contest.

9. None of Promotivate, VTech, The Fan 590 and other releasees will be responsible for any electronic network, computer or any other technical error or malfunction of any kind that may affect contest operations, nor shall they be responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to technical malfunctions of computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses, bugs or failure of any email to be received for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the internet or any website or combination thereof.  Promotivate, VTech, The Fan 590 and other releasees are not responsible for damage to a user’s system occasioned by participation in this Contest and are not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.

10. Entry into this contest constitutes acceptance of these rules. Winners names may be posted on Contest website both during and at the conclusion of the Contest Period.  For a list of winners, please send a self addressed, stamped envelope to VTech 3-In-To-Win, P.O. Box 75119, Toronto, Ontario, M4W 3T3 at the completion of the contest and prior to May 5, 2009.
